All CD and book products come with a 100%–30 day money back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization. All products must be in resellable condition

Email Coaching refunds–we must be notified within the first 5 days of the program start for a full refund. After the 5th day refunds are pro-rated.

Speaking Agreements–Deposit will be refunded if cancellations are made 30 days prior to event or as per signed agreement.
